Acara ini bertujuan untuk menyambut para siswa baru dan memberikan pengenalan mengenai lingkungan sekolah. Welcome ceremonial dihadiri oleh para siswa baru, teaching staff, serta perwakilan dari FAAST Penerbangan Yogyakarta. Acara dimulai dengan prosesi masuk dan menyanyikan lagu indonesia raya. Seluruh peserta bernyanyi dengan penuh semangat dan kebanggaan. Suasana semarak dan penuh semangat terasa di udara saat siswa-siswi baru menggunakan yelyel FAAST Penerbangan.

After that, acara dilanjutkan dengan pidato sambutan oleh Direktur dan perwakilan dari pihak FAAST Aviation Yogyakarta. Mereka memberikan kata-kata inspiratif dan motivasi kepada para siswa baru, menggarisbawahi pentingnya kerja keras, dedikasi, dan etos kerja dalam mencapai kesuksesan di dunia penerbangan.

Setelah sambutan, acara dilanjutkan dengan kuliah umum yang diadakan oleh seorang profesional berpengalaman dalam industri penerbangan. This public lecture is designed to provide in-depth insight into the flight attendant profession, flight attendant, and airline staff, as well as the challenges and opportunities they will face in their careers.
